The Willow Trio

The Willow Trio are a Glasgow-based clàrsach trio consisting of Maya MacAdam, Sophie Rocks and Romy Wymer, established in 2020. The trio plays music ranging from classical to traditional to their own original contemporary compositions.
They have a released a Gaelic EP, Oystercatchers, in 2021. Their album, Eala Shàilein, released in 2023, blending traditional music and Tchaikovsky to create a Gaelic retelling of the Swan Lake story. Their latest release is the Bestiary, an album of all new original works for their three-clàrsach instrumentation.

In Phases

Azamiah draw on jazz roots while touching on everything from electronica to dubby low-end, taking the listener on a journey across moody and light soundscapes. Their 2023 debut album 'In Phases' won praise from The Skinny and CLASH and received plays on BBC 6Music and NTS.
